Bad staff! Pure theme of racism to charge some people 10 x as much as others for same venue. White people ripped of at the hotel at special venue (concert).

The kettle didnt work in the room and the porter who was hanging around for a tip didnt sort it out by just getting us a replacement kettle, he kept going on about a maintenance man. It was late and we were exhausted and we just wanted a working kettle not excuses. The facilities should have been checked before allocating it to guests. There was a pile of dead insects on the floor, so no checks were made. The staff were off hand an uninterested. Swimming pools closed early and I specifically asked Esther about using it and she didnt tell me anything
