I reserved a room of 33000 UGX around 4pm and to my surprise the room wasn't available. I was then taken to a guest house which had a stinking toilet. I wonder how a motel will post a room on booking.com and it's not available when you reach there. They claim they don't have any room at that price.

Extreme loud noise from the bar: In my room the window panes chinked and the doors rattled. Sleeping was impossible. The staff couldnt help. Finally i left the house in the middle of the night and went to another hotel. Of course they refused to give a refund to me.

Wonderful
Like a hidden gem in a very authentic and peaceful neighborhood. Was very surprised by the beautiful view over Kampala! Friendly staff, a comfy bed and the hot shower completet the pleasant experience. GREAT value for money!
Be aware that it can be loud in the building, especially on weekends. Personally though I didn‘t mind.

It was ok for a solo traveller like me. I just do not need much. Internet was good.
Poor lighting in the hallways- the place looks like a prison with cells.
Consider breakfast non- existant- this is how bad it was!

1. The single bed rooms give the impression they have a one-person bed but that's wrong, all room have double-person beds and some rooms have even two double-person beds.
2. The location shown on the booking dot com app is on top of the KFC but that's wrong. On Google maps it's almost where "perfect & precise" hotel is.
Close to town center. Not much noise except for some mosque during the night.
Dry cleaning service is near as well.
Exceptional value for.money I'd say.
At the check-in they told me I cannot pay by card so I paid cash.

Rooms were good, comfortable.
I don’t know if it was a one time thing, but the breakfast I had wasn’t good. I like the local meal served called (Akatogo). It should be fresh for someone to eat it if not you let them know and they choose deliberately. Otherwise not more than that. I loved the coffee.
