The spot was truly breathtaking, and i greatly enjoyed the scenery. the food was outstanding- i hadn't tasted such delicious Ugandan dishes in six years, and my meal at Palm Gardens Guesthouse definitely made the wait worthwhile. While i don't mean to be funny, i almost went back for a third plate! that's how good the food was. The breakfast was also fantastic, served promptly and nice and warm. Overall, i wasn't disappointed and made sure to finish every last bite of my breakfast.
Everything was perfect; I liked almost everything, there was nothing i disliked. I had the best experience and i can't wait to return and spend more time here. Its had to believe, but i had the best time.

The omelette and bread were just fine, I enjoyed them.
The place was noisy throughout my stay, with parties, weddings, and soccer watching going on until 1 a.m. Possibly this was due to the holidays.

The facilitylooks good
They gave me a cheaper room at the main entrance (29) it didn't match with my payment.One of the staff mentioned, that room is for 60K yet I paid more than this.
The bathroom needs extra cleaning..
The room AC remote was super complicated.
The waiting time at the restaurant is too long I ordered dinner and waited for 40mins and breakfast took almost an our and I was just seated waiting.

The manager John and his team carol, Kukie, Juliana, Sheru, Vanessa and the Chef Sam were so friendly and helpful. John booked us a car to show us around the city which was very helpful and the service team made our stay so comfortable that we extended our stay for a few more days. Palm Gardens is my new home in Kampala.
