Property was very secure and comfortable. You won’t find a quieter location this close to everything. The google maps pin is off, you should use the geo pin for the safari company on the opposite street. The caretaker was very nice and helpful. The owner was quick to answer all the questions I had. This is an older home but very large and well appointed. We did not lack for anything and there is a super market nearby. We stayed at other properties during our trip and we all agreed this was the most comfortable.
The one fault is the internet speed. You will not be able to use it for work. We solved this by taking long lunches at cafes and using theirs. On the plus side we had full 4g bandwidth on our hotspots nearing 5g speeds, other locations in the city we were lucky to get the slowest 3g.

I like the lady there, she's very humble and welcoming. Always available when needed. We also loved the house itself and the facilities were good.
The house lacked toiletries
Internet was too slow and frustrating esp if you have some work online, I would not advice
Movement in and out of the house is restricted coz you can't have the key to the gate. If you stay out late it's quite inconvenient coz you'll have to awake the lady there.

The location and the apartment is on point. The owner was very kind and quickly respond to any requests or questions. This is great place to be with family or friends. Easy access, spacious and in good neighborhood.
The caretaker of the place has an attitude, had to check back with the owner to get her to pick my calls. She can improve on her hospitality and customer response.

We found a great house in Ntinda with lots of space, 3 bedrooms all self contained , a living room and fully equipped kitchen. The house comes at a very affordable price. The house is safe gated in a good neighborhood. There is enough parking space and a garden. The housekeeper was very friendly. Communication with the owner was swift and forthcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Thanks
