Nice hotel with a good location. Wifi was good.
Being in the centre of Kampala you could feel the air pollution - but that's not the hotel's fault.

Disappointing
It is very clean
Staff are not well trained, especially the one in the bar, they tried to rip off money and then we got the money back from the manager as they dodged us on the price. Is missing the spirit of welcoming and it is not up to the international standards. Because of this people seem very rude as they dont know how to behave correctly and respectfully.

Wonderful
Great hospitality. All staff members are thoughtful, welcoming and proactive about making your stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A reasonable range of options on offer in terms of meals. I would stay here again.
