The hotel itself is excellent, I enjoyed my stay. However my trip got cut short and had to return 2 days early. I spoke to the front desk they adjusted my stay, $400 was supposed to be credited back to may account. Despite numerous calls and promises of refund I haven't received my credit back.
I have been in contact with the hotel manager Ann who has been promising to credit my account back so far nothing has happened its over 3 weeks since my travel.
If they can help track down my refund. Thank you

Very polite, friendly and attentive staff. Most destinations are easily accessed from its central location.
Slight hiccup with checking into our 2-bedroom apartment as my brother and I arrived at different times.
