The staff were exceptionally helpful. Martha one of the receptionist arranged for some shopping to be collected and delivered to us at the hotel without fuss.

I stayed in the hotels on two occasions. Single room, the door was not locking well . The key had to be turned and twisted and pushed and pulled in order to lock the door. Single room as really small I could not turn around in the room and the bed was short for me. Double room was nice and big space. Breakfast was very basic and every day I asked for omlet the waiter guy could tell me that there is eggs in rolex but then again I wasn’t eating Rolex.. I was like I had to be begging for omlet at breakfast.. Reception lady was nice though . Very good customer service. I forgot her names
Improve on breakfast . Basic coffee and it was cold. Could do better with more fruits.
