I liked everything. I’ve stayed here before but in the newer rooms. This time I stayed in the ” older“ rooms but the room I got was fabulous! It had more space, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker and a lounge area for guests.

Very comfortable and quiet. Serene, an oasis. Well appointed. Good Japanese restaurant!
A little ways off to the southern part of Kampala. Also there could be a sauna that would enhance the stay.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds
Very disappointing and dishonest experience.
Our booking clearly included a complimentary 15-minute massage for each guest. One of us chose not to use theirs, so we asked to combine the two for a 30-minute session for my friend. The staff provided a massage menu for her to choose from, and she made a selection under the impression it was still within the complimentary time.
However, they gave her a 90-minute massage without informing us it would cost extra. At checkout, we were surprised with a bill and told we had selected a paid option. It felt like a trick—why offer a full menu when we were discussing complimentary services?
To make it worse, the staff who had checked us in completely denied any discussion of the complimentary massage and falsely claimed we had requested a paid one. We left feeling frustrated and misled. Be cautious when dealing with this place.

Everything was great but could not sleep at all. Staff could not manage the people in the next room who was having a party until the sun came up
Could not get any sleep. The 4th time calling the front desk to complain about the rooms next to me. No one answered the phone. The hotel is there to get sleep not a place to party the whole night.

Very good breakfast and good choice of restaurants and food selection.
The wifi was erratic when moving from the hotel side to the restaurant facilities.
The selection of TV channels is very limited
