The hotel was absolutely beautiful,perfect and the staff was the best.
The La patisserie restaurant had us wait for breakfast for over an hour off the menu,someone called Angella, apparently there was no buffet for 9th when i extended my stay, my boyfriend and i eventually left without it with a 5 minute promise that became 30 extra minutes.

Beautiful, natural, clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place is conveniently located close to key amenities. The bar and restaurant are among the best in the area—perfect for family outings, couples, and lovebirds seeking a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
got the impression that room service is politely discouraged. I ordered a meal for USD 15, and the room service fee was USD 14—almost like the food needed its own hotel room.

I liked everything. I’ve stayed here before but in the newer rooms. This time I stayed in the ” older“ rooms but the room I got was fabulous! It had more space, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker and a lounge area for guests.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds
Very disappointing and dishonest experience.
Our booking clearly included a complimentary 15-minute massage for each guest. One of us chose not to use theirs, so we asked to combine the two for a 30-minute session for my friend. The staff provided a massage menu for her to choose from, and she made a selection under the impression it was still within the complimentary time.
However, they gave her a 90-minute massage without informing us it would cost extra. At checkout, we were surprised with a bill and told we had selected a paid option. It felt like a trick—why offer a full menu when we were discussing complimentary services?
To make it worse, the staff who had checked us in completely denied any discussion of the complimentary massage and falsely claimed we had requested a paid one. We left feeling frustrated and misled. Be cautious when dealing with this place.
