We loved the experience as a couple. Having been at the hotel a few years back, we felt even better on our return. The receptionist lady was very friendly & deserves everything from management.
Our only concern was with the very squeezed parking lot.

I liked their breakfast and the overhead shower water pressure.
Their mattresses have aged, the plumbing was bad, toilet couldn't flush. The receptionist at night was indifferent to say the least, the TV didn't work.

The staff were amazing - went overboard.
I had various complaints, starting with management. Every time I had a complaint, such as excessive noise in the early morning (staff moving furniture at 6am), they would claim to fix it but they would ignore it. During my 5 week stay this happened 5 times. Second, when the power went out, they did not want to turn on the generator, but instead preferred for Uganda's electricity grid to come back, which caused the lights to scream loudly in my room - again ignored.
