Great location to city and right across from Acacia Shopping Mall, staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked a twin bed room and they put me in a king bed. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast offered.
Needs new exterior site signage to make it more attractive for clients and people passing by. Needs a new paint refresh in all rooms and reception and entrance areas . Suggest a white colour to brighten up the space. Work in getting more plants in garden area.

The hotel is extremely central located, simple but clean. I found neighborhood safe and did walk outside even nighttime. Even if close to a busy road it is surprisingly quiet once you enter the compound. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I slept very well and breakfast was also good. Great value for my money.

Every time I come to Kampala, I stay here and that is why I don’t rate them so much, but once in a while is good to let them know that the place is really good. I have actually forgotten some of my personal items in the room and they have returned them without any issues. Not everyone would do it.

Amazing staff, 5 star WiFi, excellent location, clean, good breakfast, it is the city's best deal.
I wished they had a room with Air-condition, the fan was noisy and the water pressure is very weak.
