Location good and quiet neighborhood
Lacked a freshness about it. A certain smell in the apartments. Tried out 4 different apartments and smell hits you as soon as you walk. Was glad to step out into the landing.

The only good thing is its location.
It is not clean, staff is not responsive as they disappear after the call, kitchen tools are rusted. Staff will ask you for money no matter how big!! I found blood in bedsheet. They didn’t give us water despite they have it!

I liked the ambiance; the surroundings are quite appealing to the eye, the security is good, and it's quiet.
I was quite disappointed with my stay. The customer service was lacking, and the facility itself appeared poorly maintained. Several bulbs weren’t working, the furniture was worn and outdated, and the balcony lacked both suitable seating and charging points for laptops or phones.
The kitchen was particularly under-equipped—basic items like a kettle, saucepans, or even a knife for peeling fruit were missing. Furthermore, there was no clear communication about what amenities would or wouldn’t be provided. For instance, I received only a small tablet of soap and a single roll of toilet paper at check-in, with no indication that I’d need to replenish them myself. There were also no bathroom rugs available.
It’s a shame because the property has potential—it’s located next to a golf course and could be a truly lovely place to stay. However, it’s currently being let down by poor management. A lot needs improvement, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel that I received value for my money.

The location .
Everything , from reaching reception at check in , no one was at the desk , I had to wait like 20 min for someone to finally come and check me in , the place is soooo old . No renovations since it was built in the 1990s .even the kitchen appliances r super rusty . What a waste of a great location .

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and the nights are quiet. The swimming pool is a nice bonus for the low price you pay. There is plenty of car parking.
Cooking was quite challenging with such an old stove (it took me almost 30 minutes to boil water!). I ended up eating outside.

Everything inside is super old. If you love old, stinky places, this is the right place for you.
Requested for an early checkout on the second night on my six nights booking; no follow up or refund was done by the place. Value for money; hahaha...

Generally it had everything I need.
Wifi flickers a lot. Sometimes the cleaner enters the room without notice. If you are visiting here I recommend to keep the key for your private room and always lock it up.

The location is prime right near all the night clubs, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was easy.
The front desk staff was not cheerful or happy, it seemed like helping us was a chore. The room was quite worn out, and could definitely use refurbishing.
