The food at Asian Fusion is the best hotel food I've every had - I ate all three meals there. The free breakfast was an amazing of buffet of fruits, vegetables, juices and good coffee.
On the final morning the hot water disappeared, apparently after a power cut. Everything else was perfect.

Warm welcoming and very helpful staff. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff tended to issues quickly. Our hot water was not working one morning and they dealt with it efficiently. They were very helpful with exchanging currency
Nothing was a bother .. they looked after all of us with a genuine unhurried smile and care

Everything about the facilities was very good and proximity to the golf club. Breakfast was excellent as there was a wide choice of food. I was upgraded to a much better room after complaining that the room was smelling of cigarettes smoke

The ambience in the hotel was a pleasant surprise!! Although the hotel is located in the heart of Kampala, one almost forgets the hustle & bustle of the city due to the serene environment of the hotel.
The staff are very pleasant & welcoming, and willing to assist at all times!
Room was good. Breakfast was good. Had good meals in the restaurant
Highly recommended & I will definitely come back!
I would recommend a wider breakfast selection, that will accommodate everyone's taste.

As always, the staff at Fairway are excellent and want to assist wherever they can. The hotel restaurant makes very good Asian cuisine.
I have been staying at the Fairway every time I visited Uganda for work for the last 7-8 years, but this time was quite a let down. I was checked into the first room by the stairs, so was woken up a few times by people walking past. This was not as bad, but the limen smelled to much of cigarettes that it made me think it was not washed since the previous occupant. It became unbearable and I had to ask for another room in the middle of the night, which the staff made happen within an hour to their credit. The new room was much better, but the shower is completely blocked in this one.

I absolutely loved the Asian restaurant, especially the delicious Indian dishes. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and my journey with your transport supervisor, Mr. Michael, was the highlight of my stay — he’s simply exceptional.

This is an amazing resort like a boutique hotel! The establishment is amazing, but the real stars of this stay were the staff. Every employee was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure you were well taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and I hope to stay here again if I return to Kampala. Additionally, the services and restaurants are top-notch, with fair pricing. You will not be disappointed!

This property feels more like a luxurious boutique resort than a typical hotel. While the facilities are exceptional, it's the staff who truly make the experience unforgettable. Every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The on-site services and dining options are outstanding—high quality and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kampala. You won’t be disappointed.

A literal oasis, a green paradise in the city center, Fairway was simply incredible. The incredible food in its two restaurants, the pool side bars, the abundance of green growth and trees surrounding quiet, comfortable rooms makes this a wonderful place you will never want to leave.

Very friendly staff, the manager was great making sure that we were comfortable and everyone knows comfortable, the staff very well, trained, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing, the staff at the breakfast area were very caring and would make sure that I come for the breakfast and that we are enjoying it and happy.. The hotel has everything that you may need the spa was great. Some books to read very homey and cozy felt like a nice botanical jungle.
It has everything that you may need for business or leisure .. Internet was strong, the hotel, very clean all the time..

All the staff is very well trained and will do what is necessary to make you happy! The food is excellent and the room really comfortable. A small note and gift at the end of the stay. I was leaving really early on my last day, so they prepared a breakfast to go and deliver in my room at 5:30am.
They wanted to change me 5$ for losing my room key. You just don't do that to someone who paid 960 usd$ to stay in your hotel. I was really firm that I will not pay for it, and they let it go!
