The place was mis-advertized. It said it came with a balcony that was not true. It said it came with a pool that was also a lie. The pool was not at constellation apartments it was at another nearby hotel (the Sheraton) a short taxi ride.
No one likes being lied too.

The property is well maintained. Housekeeping clean the apartments twice a week and do a superb job.
The staff are very friendly and the security are very professional and friendly.
Nothing. If there were any issues, they were resolved efficiently and effectively.

The location was perfect. This is my 4th stay at these appartments. The staff are great, they are welcoming and helpfull. They just make u feel at home. Breaksfast at the hotel was great. All in all our stay was wonderful.
The place needs some renovation here and there.

Ambience, serenity, warm home feeling, flexibility of staff, access to venues and other facilities (car services especially Aloyious, Maria, Ronald, Hussein) cleanliness.
AC not working at its best required a few visits from maintainance.
