It was easy to check in. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Food was prepared quickly. Fresh juice
There were no house slippers, sheets were old, no glasses, or sufficient cutlery. Old kitchen fittings with broken knobs, no microwave, very old TV with poor sound.
The apartment had an old room smell, and didn't smell fresh
An airbnb at the same rate delivers better value. I was not happy at all

Have been there several times and it more comfortable as compared to the other places I have tried
Furniture especially the sofa can be replaced and when you pay for 3 people water always becomes an issue because you provide 2 and it's always back and forth and tissue is never enough so I carry my own and water too which feels wrong.

Good sized rooms with air conditioning.
There was so much noise during the night on several nights. I had poor quality of sleep. Breakfast could be significantly improved in presentation. They could do with a proper breakfast nook and utensils

Accessibility was good lthough can be noisy at night . Good views at night
They could revamp their bathroom towels. So old and worn out . Additionally the bathroom amenities were wanting .

Wonderful
The place was a great place to stay for a business trip, as it is close to many amenities. The soundproof system in the rooms is excellent. The guys at the bar/ restaurant were excellent and big up to boss Titto at the reception. Their food is fresh and not industrial cooked, and this gives a feeling of home.
Can you please take stock of cuttlery in all the rooms.

Location is excellent, the air-conditioning was nice and strong, and the size of the apartment was very good. Water pressure too was very good. The staff were lovely and management was very approachable
There was a scarcity of crockery and utensils, l had to buy tea mugs and appropriate glasses. The Wi-Fi codes had to be changed several times which is an inconvenience.
