The facility is clean and easy to access from the Central Business District. It is close to main shopping areas and offers great meals.
The internet connection was not very strong in the room

Facility provides good services and the check-in was swiftly undertaken. Good response from staff once an enquiry is made. Support provided as and when required.

Disappointing
the booking said breakfast was included but the staff said it was not included, Internet was not working. Television was not working because according to the staff, the owner had not paid for the service.
Avoid false advertizing, pay Television bill and get better WIFI service.

Exceptional
perfect location for those that want to experience the heart of Kampala,
the market opposite is pretty much always open so you are never short of fresh food and fruits if you need them.
It gets a bit loud some evenings but the soundproof drains out the noise, but some does come thru, nothing too major
wifi not as strong in the room I was staying in, but I just went into the lobby when needed to make calls,
