One of the best locations in Entebbe, just by the lake and with all local amenities close by. It's also a very pleasant area for strolls, especially early morning. The restaurant where breakfast is served is open all day for drinks and other meals and the staff are friendly.
Unfortunately this time we had a back room so no real view. The small television had only one channel available but it didn't bother us so much.

Location is good.
Hotel charged me more than my booking indicated, saying booking.com made a mistake. I think you charge me what is said on receipt and then talk between you two, leaving customer away from your mistakes. Left unpleasant feel :(

The breakfast was very nice; and Rose at the restaurant was prompt and friendly. Location is really good.
The internet did not work most of the time. The room, its size and general service for the price was ridiculous. Front desk Mimi was just clueless and totally unhelpful. The morning was extremely noisy; employees arguing and fighting very loudly early in the morning and cleaning the driveway with soap and scrub at 7 am on a Saturday!!!. When I complained the owner came out aggressively, rude and unfriendly manner. Very pathetic.

Everything about this place was perfect, from the staff, location and facilities. Highly recommend this place for a safe, enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Location, live band and room I could see the lake from my balcony. The staff were very supportive with suggesting good activities.

The Palm Beach Hotel has such a strategic location. It’s close to the lake shore (literally at the beach), close to the mall (Victoria mall) and other beautiful sceneries such as the Entebbe Botanical Gardens.
The roof was so noisy when it rained and that was a bit uncomfortable especially during the night as we rested.

The location is close to the lake, the airport and a mall. The staff was very friendly
They gave out out booked room to somebody else we had to get another one. Discount was very little. There was no staff to help us with heavy luggage to carry to the first floor. What looks like a beach at the pictures is just a restaurant where you can't swim. The combination of shower and toilet was unpleasent. Everything is wet.
