The staff service and helpfulness were exceptional. The room was well appointed and I liked the high ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked. The TV channel offerings were limited. The amenities only provided a small tube of shower gel. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or shower cap. All my per-arrival requests were provided: hair dryer, iron and board.
My room was located on the side of the Botanical Garden where music played until about midnight. No amenities: shampoo and conditioner, shower cap, body lotion.
