The location has a quite and friendly space. Well secured and has beautiful green gardens.
The cleaners didn't even come to clean our rooms until the day we checked out. Recommend to clean three times a week would be better for the clients.

I did not like at all my stay in this facility. Yet, to be fair, I will list the advantages: Caroline, the staff that worked in the restaurant, was cheerful, nice and very helpful, she assisted me a lot answered all my queries regarding nearby places to visit, and even helped with booking my UBER ride to the airport. Also, the cook in the restaurant was a nice staff. I liked that there is hot water in the bathroom, 2 paper toilets, and 2 pieces of soap. The Breakfast was OK.
I was scammed, cuz I paid $20 for one night, and photos of the room I booked on Booking.Com, did not resemble by all means the room I stayed in. Once, I arrived to the facility, I was told that I have to check out @10:00 AM, while on Booking it mentions that Check Out is extended till 12:00, furthermore, before I travelled I texted the facility requesting to have free of charge late check out, they responded that they will be happy to assist me on my request, while once I arrived, I was told that even I can't stay after 10:00 AM otherwise I will be charged extra money! When I mentioned that this information was not on Booking, I was told that not everything is mentioned on Booking! The room was very unclean, there were piles of ants on my Bathroom doorstep. Upon complaining, the Receptionist removed these piles and sprayed anti-insect on this spot, yet the ants re-grouped again in an hour. There were ants on my room walls, and I found it difficult to find a clean spot to just sit and rest in the room, The Sofa in the room was very dusty and unclean. The TV did not work, referring this to the Receptionist, he said there's something wrong with its wire. The Sofa outside the room was very dusty and unclean too, while I put a chair from the room outside to be able to sit a bit, and unlike it's mentioned on the facility site on Booking, you can't enjoy even the garden view as grass is very long that blocked the view. The WIFI is very weak inside the room, I had to go outside to just use WhatsApp, and noticed that the internet connection is bad inside the whole facility. I asked to be transferred to another room but I was denied my request. I will never visit again this facility, no value for money.

The room was nicely decorated and amply furnished. The bed was comfortable and the little restaurant is a pleasant place to sit.
The staff was inattentive and you didn't see the same staff person again in many instances. In short, you didn't know if someone was an employee or a friend of an employee dropping by. The hot water situation needs improvement.

Friendly and safe place with a private parking lot. Excellent location for the airport and exploration of lake Victoria area, including shoebills. Small hotel restaurant serves meals.
