Distance wise goodish location, quite nice appearance, nice shower, good size bed.
First of all when checking in they said that they don't have any rooms for reservations made via Booking.com but they had empty rooms still. The big noise from the main road very close by. There were many shortcomings compared to the room description: e.g. no TV, no soundproofing, no promised toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) except only soap, very weak wifi internet. I had to go and buy shampoo only for this accommodation.

too many open windows, on a cold night, needed an additional blanket (s). The step to the shower was not highlighted so I kicked my feet several times in the hard black sotme on the floor. i advise the doorstep to be painted maybe white colour.

All the staff members are exceptional. The food was delicious. The place was tranquil, with fresh air. I loved the mosquito net. The stay was phenomenal. This is a place I will be staying whenever I travel to Entebbe. Thanks to the owner and all the staff members!

Friendly staff. Nice cozy rooms. They upgraded me upon arrival. Very clean, neat and comfortable.
I slept only one night so perhaps I didn't settle in well enough. I found the noise from the traffic outside to be disturbing at night.

The staff is friendly and the room is cozy and comfortable. The lobby with garden area nicely decorated, fitted with African art pieces. It has a good location near Entebbe Botanical Garden and the airport.
We were rather disappointed with the restaurant services. In the day of our arrival we wanted to order dinner, but we were told that they are out of pork and beef meat, but we are welcome to order a fish. Which was quite strange since it was only about 5-6 p.m. For breakfast we ordered English breakfast and to my surprise the plate was without beans. Initially the staff reaction was that the beans are out of stock, but upon further check, she came back with a mini bowl with what corresponds to approx. 1 table spoon of baked beans - cold and obviously just taken out of a can. Sorry, we won´t be a returning customer.

I enjoyed the staff. They were attentive and very friendly. I also enjoyed the menu. It was located close to a nice bar and not too far from the lake. A bonus was that the airport was only a 10-minute ride away.

Breakfast was okay. Close to the botanical garden en crafts market. Very nice place, bathroom and shower were good.
The breakfast wasn't great, the sausage didn't taste that good, the Benedict eggs sauce not great. Regular food.

Very nice hotel with a good location to visit the botanical garden and the wildlife educational center. The staff is very friendly and organized a transfer to the airport. Very good breakfast and dinner!
On Booking, it says that the airport transfer is included. However, we had to pay 15 USD on top.
