The location is excellent - very close to the airport, which makes it convenient for short stays and early flights. The room was spacious and comfortable in terms of size, and the property has a nice layout with potential for a great guest experience.
Service felt slow and uncoordinated, as staff were busy scrubbing floors around the pool and breakfast area while guests were present. The pool didn’t appear clean, and my bedsheet had a stain, so cleanliness standards could be improved.

Good but staff were kind of slow at the restaurant in the morning and gave no assitance or advise whatsoever.
The location was good considering I travelled for work at the UN. However I did not like the fact that the bathroom items i.e shower gel was in one big container meaning guests keep sharing. They need to bring in small ones .Also they should consider incorporating small toothpaste tubes for guests. Otherwise I had an amazing stay.Then the fact that they dont sell sweet wine then the answer to this sounded racist to me but they should consider.

Loved the location, the Thai influence, and the outdoor dining patio.
Properly was great. Facilities are a bit worn by American/european standards, but everything is very clean and in good working order.

Lovely hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. The food mainly Thai Cuisine was so delicious. The room was so spacious and clean. The outdoor areas are lovely and comfortable. Absolutely loved our stay.
