Our family booked a 3-month stay for our parents at Corinya Serviced Apartments, and they had nothing but glowing feedback about their experience, particularly praising the staff's EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The staff was incredibly polite and went above and beyond, even referring to our parents as their own. The environment was clean, and the apartment provided all the essentials—cups, plates, pots, silverware—along with extras like drinking water. The rooms were also equipped with air-conditioning, making their stay more comfortable. While cooking and cleaning services were available, my parents declined as they were able-bodied and appreciated having a washing machine in the unit. Additionally, when they inquired about a family meeting, they were graciously offered a meeting room free of charge, which was a thoughtful touch
The only issue occurred at the beginning of their stay when they experienced a lizard/salamander infestation in the bathroom. However this was resolved the next day, and our parents were moved to an even better unit on the main level. They suggested using some form of repellent to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, they noted that when it rains, the closets tend to get damp which can affect the clothes and cause a musty odour though this may not be the fault of the property. This concern was mentioned to the property management, and they assured it would be addressed. My parents also suggested that the staff consider using gloves and ergonomically friendly mops to reduce physical strain while cleaning

Comfortable place, very spacious, nice backyard garden area. Great price.
It's a little noisy as the rooms are on the second floor and next to a main road. I had no problems sleeping though.

There are no slippers and towel rack. Also, no toilet roll holder. Try to keep the knives sharpened

It was ideally located near to all the amenities. It was clean, quite spacious with a small garden at the back. We felt safe with the 25 hr security. Sheets and towels changed every 2 days. It was ideal for our needs.
The mattress wasn’t too comfortable. The kitchen only had very basic equipment.
