The service level was outstanding, and I really felt personally welcomed and that they wanted to make my experience great. This includes the front desk staff, concierge, and most especially the restaurant personnel. And when I returned a month later they remembered us, and were happy to see us. The breakfast was so good, and offered a wonderful selection. Love that I could order my eggs & omelets.

Charging 10 dollars per person for shuttle to the airport.
There were 4 in our group.
Then they added another group in our shuttle of 4 more individuals.
The last 2 years that we stayed at this hotel the airport shuttle was free. We were not expecting to be charged 10 dollars per person.
We were not expecting another group to be crowded into the airport shuttle after we had paid for the shuttle.

Very nice location, it’s in the mall so very convenient.
It was quiet until 11 pm when they decided to do some hammering. It was so loud and I have some voice recordings of the noise. It continued for over 30 minutes and I called the reception, they said they would figure out the issues but then the noise continued. I had to call them again and then they explained there were issues with the lights on another floor. I asked if they could work on it during the day and it finally stopped. What a night.
