no hot water no instruction on how to turn on the heater pretty much nothing. sorry I know they need business but I can't advocate anybody staying at that place

Entrance staircase is very slippery and treacherous in winter. Unfortunately I fell and broke my arm.

Near the centre.
They have a renovation in the hotel and they didn't tell us in advance. renovation works start at 10am and finish around 6-7pm. In renovations process they use machines that make very loud noises. They dont have a late checkout.

Limited breakfast but good taste. Friendly waiters. Professional invoice at checkout.
Bed - far too small linnen Breakfast, everything extra to pay .. e.g. orange juice, 2nd coffee WLAN normally ok, but sometimes speed down to zero.

Good location
Hard bed. Noise from restaurant upstairs. When I booked it, hotel contacted me and said my room is not available because someone else booked and they have just more expensive room and asked if I would like to change. I said i dont mind to change without extra charge and immediately room is again available. I don't know if it was a scam or no. But be careful, it is Ukraine:)
