I didn't like this outdated facility
My room was tiny dark ,small even for 1 person with 2 suitcases. Bathroom too small & very primitive as inconvenient. This hotel should have 2 stars & never 4.

Based in old kiev which means it is a very artsy area. Nice areas to walk and enjoy. The hotel has a beautiful terraced restaurant which is great in the spring fall and summer.
Property is at the top of long meandering hill. The cobblestone road is in need of repair but everything in Ukraine is in need of repair

Wow, I was unexpectedly surprised by the amazingly top notch customer service in this hotel and the hotel restaurant. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. This was one of the best customer service we’ve experienced. I requested a crib. It was already there when we got to the room, with super clean bedding. (Another hotel we stayed at never even bothered to let us know that they had run out of cribs despite it having been specifically requested days prior to our arrival. I only found they had ran out when no crib was in the room when I arrived.) I drink a lot of water. Reception staff anticipated this and had staff bring them to our room without me even asking. The waiter in the restaurant was attentive to our every need and comfort. When we needed to stay longer for the baby because our train was later in the day; and we were simply accommodated.

The most friendly staff I’ve ever seen! So pleasant and welcoming :) Really love the bed linens and pillows , like sleeping in the clouds :) The room was cozy, a bit old, but very cozy and the shower new and clean, which was very nice :) And unbelievable syrnyky in the restaurant, so soft and delicious. And it was also nice to have a walk in the alley of artists’ which is just couple minutes from hotel and the location is great if you want to go by foot, with car might be a little bit tricker, but still good
