1. Restaurant doesn't work; 2. Too exspensive in the hotel; 3. Stuff doesn't help - tgey don't speek English or Russian. 4. Pictures doesn't meet reality. Old hotel; 5. Breaksfast were too expensive

When I came to the hotel, I was charged extra for each night, if it was not in the final price when I made the reservation, why two separate amounts are written and the final price is not announced. It is not ethical and it is not honest. The hotel manager told me that you should not buy from the booking site, it is better to make reservations and purchases directly from our hotel site.
The socket in the room was broken, the telephone was broken, and the manager's attitude, who was a woman, was not good at all, and the only good thing about the complex is that it is close to the city and its breakfast.

The hotel is nice. It provides an open-air swimming pool and some facilities for kids (playground). It isbeautifully located, by the river and a sandy beach with a huge playground and open-air gym devices. Breakfast was huge and really delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our say there.
