Зручна локація, в самому центрі якщо треба усюди бути без транспорту. Є сховище на -4 поверсі, це була найголовніша умова для мене, але просіть номер не на високому етажі, щоб було спускатись час. Номер не новий, але було все чисто.
Сантехніка в номерах все стара, потребує заміни.

It's a wonderful place to stay because it's clean, comfortable and suave. Great Restaurant and lobby and veranda is a great place to hang out and meet new friends!) Also fantastic location since it's at Maidan ( in the center of Kiev) near the Metro underground mall, great shopping, spas, and restaurants.

Location is superb, overlooking Independence Square, right next to Khreshchatyk and Globus mall. We rented a business suite, which was excellent, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable.
5 stars overall.
Air raid alarms... outside of the hotel's control though.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and they were good. This time the price was much higher and no military discount, the cleaning staff took the towels the first day and didn't replace them. They changed the lobby bar morning open time to 900, so no coffee or redbull. That would not have been so bad except I have a combat leg disability and got caught in the freaking rain on my way back to the hotel from going get a drink.

It is a well kept hotel from Soviet days, could not be more central. I had a room with a view of Maydan.
only 1 or 2 electricity plugs, the one next to the bed was so wobbly that the charger kept falling out. I had to push the night stand against it to hold it in place

Best location in the world! Looking out on Maidan Hezalezhnosti.
Shelter was down steep stairs that were not in good shape--this could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. I didn't take the risk of falling and stayed in the lobby.

Location, clenliness, safety, views. It was great experience to visit Kyiv, and right at the Maidan.
I cannot wait to come back.
For the last night, some neighbours moved in and were very loud. But this is not hotel's fault.

I stayed at room 803 and it was awful. The extractor of the AC from a near by room was super loud and annoying. Beside i often stayed at this place I wouldn't recommend this hotel anymore

Great value for location, breakfast, luggage storage, customer service, and shelter (didn’t have to use). Also a historic building with Soviet atmosphere and associated with the Euromaidan.
