Like the area and close til Metro
Claustrophobic room 18 sqm and AC didn't work/good wiew.
Had to buy a junior suite, old fashion decor, thin curtains that don't keep sunlight out/ terrible wiew and loud noise from metro.
Rooms are too expensive for what you get.

The cleaning staff was the most pleasant in this hotel. Very friendly and helpfull.
The hotel staff is very unfriendly and hardly greeting you when you enter. The restaurant staff is more busy withe there phone then to help you with a coffee. Overall a gloomy place... There are much more reasenoble hotels in Kiev for this price.
Another detail: The rooms are full with hookers who keep you awake at night with their noice. The showers are broken in most of the rooms. Some rooms are updated to current standart but the most of the rooms are noting more then a dark dusty attic room.
