It was very handy to have fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook with table and chairs, plenty of space for my baggage and clothing. The bathroom was swell, especially if you like giant tubs with various options
The staffers should have given me much better written instructions for getting in the front door of the building after sitting in the Metro during a Russian drone attack. Having the Metro so nearby and safe was great; not being able to figure out how to operate the entry system was not: I had to walk the streets at 4 am for 90 minutes before a staffer let me in. And no apology. I also thought that the staffer should have given me back my empty plastic laundry bag without me having to ask.

I had a good stay. There is a reception on the 3th floor 24/7 but no English speaking. You have to find your way in via the door bell .The apartments are new, modern, top. Bathroom ...never seen . You are literally in the centrum of Kiev.
There are two remarks. You have to pay cash on arrival which I refused because I didn't have the time to change money ...and normally you pay on check-out. And the acoustic isolation between the apartments is poor. You can hear the neighbour talking. But overall a good experience.

everything you need in a great location and very helpful staff in particular Sergei who gave me early occupancy as Id arrived in Kiev early morning
only booked one night so I had to leave and stay with one of their competitors and that was a whole different experience
