The room was a great size and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The free, fast internet was a plus for staying connected. The on-site parking was a lifesaver, and the location is ideal for walking to all the key attractions, including Independence Square. The staff were genuinely nice and eager to assist. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good but dependent on the time, as early morning the choices were more abundant.
we first booked a higher end room, but that was actually not better as there was wasted space and just separate sleeping quarters. In the room we ended up staying, a small couch could have been nice

Very nice concierge and breakfast. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Had nice high ceilings and decent appointment. A/C worked well.
The balcony didn't really add much to the room. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were showing their age.

A beautiful, luxurious hotel at a value price.. Beautiful Art Nouveau architecture in even the finest details and all new furnishings. Large, high-ceilinged rooms, and a large bathroom finished in ceramics and marble. Excellent, friendly staff from reception to dining to security, and immaculately cleam. Good breakfast. Good location in the historic district of Podol. See it before corruption ruins the district with relaxed construction codes.
The hotel itself is superb. The immediate neighboring area surrounding the hotel is a bit drab and run down, but not terrible. The district itself has vehicular traffic problems that are among the worst in the city (of Kiev). Some regular, periodic vibration in the structure probably originating from the underground metro because it seems consistent with its operating hours.

Everything was great. The building and furniture were beautiful as well as very comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Kyiv.

Stuff was amazing. Super friendly and room service was done every day and was done very good. Really liked breakfast - very tasty own bakery and always fresh salads. Location is perfect. Design of the rooms are not my favourite, but even that was good - as good old vintage hotel.
Sometimes water was not hot, just warm.
