A very nice little hotel at a great location. Comfy room and bed, friendly people. I had a perfect stay.
There is a nespresso machine but you have to buy the cups yourself. Which is not a big problem, theres a super market few minutes away who sell them.

No breakfast at this hotel. The room wasn't cleaned and had to ask for clean and fresh towels, No toilet rolls in the bathroom. Had laundry done at the hotel which cost over 10 pounds and had stuff not returned to me.

This is my preferred hotel when in Kyiv. Location, location, location. This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the WiFi is strong, and the shower's water pressure is strong and the water is hot. I recommend this property.
I don't like that I have to ring a bell to enter the hotel. They should offer guests the ability to enter the hotel with a key or key fob or an access code to enter.
