This is a great accommodation with great value. We really enjoyed the space, the decoration, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. Everything was superb.

The location is central
4th floor, no elevator is something I havent expected at all.
So there is this nice bath tub but not enough hot water to fill it ...
Room smelled like old cigarette smoke
All of that is not that much of a problem, but if you have 9+ rating here I simply don't get it

The apartment in itself looks like classic, regal, very elegantly furnished room.... BUT
it is part of apartment complex, not Apartment hotel...the bad is too many to count the rented apartments that they lease on booking are on the 4th floor, and there is NO ELEVATOR!! there is a water maine next to the room, and when the complex uses water, a huge squeeek can be heard, there is no blinds on the windows, so as soon as the sun is up, you are up. if you like to walk, the place is in the middle of a hill, which is another walk up, inside the apartment is amazing, but its a not worth it for the money, in kiev, there are 4 and 5 star hotels in better locations that can be rented for the same, and AB&B for the same as well.
