Store across the street was nice
Loud disrespectful guest every night parties even in middle of week , walls are paper thin you wont get any sleep here i promise. Breakfast will kill you yogurt warm eggs cold a disgusting breakfast at the least. Far from town with not really any restaurants close ether.

Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.

Everything. Fantastic staff, great gated pavilion. Secure videocamera in paid parking and free parking in front. Sauna and pool and massages were top notch. Best stay I've had in over two years of working in Ukraine. Excellent massage. Different private saunas for rent. Fantastic kitchen. Best breakfast I've had here. Fresh, filling, pancakes are delicious crepes. Kitchen and front desk staff is top notch, I have not had a better stay. My entire time working in this country. Recommended very highly, but more importantly I will not be staying anywhere else in Kyiv.
Nothing. Any problem we had they fixed immediately, including helping us with things. Well outside of the hotel management or responsibility of the staff. Cannot recommend them enough.

Hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpfull and when you need to go to the centre they have a free taxi service. Rooms are old style, but not old. Wifi is excelent.

The cleanness and the location, it’s calm and peaceful.
The breakfasts. I would love to see the same but change the manufacturer’s bread to a good craft bread, add more jams to a crepes, put more fruits and seasonal veggies. The breakfast significantly impacts on your mood, because you start your day from breakfast thus it should be good for a good start of the day. You can always offer the same food and products but just at least bread for a good one, buckwheat or whole grain. Also pls add more porridge for breakfast, on a shared table there wasn’t even oatmeal, the normal one cooked in the water. And pls make an options for those who is lactose free, because you offered oatmeal only cooked on the milk. Hopefully you will consider this in my next stay. Regards, Oksana Skorozinska

The staff were very friendly, rooms were good, only ventilation in the bathroom was a bit too noisy and pillows are too thin (personal opinion). Breakfast was good (Ukrainian style), hotel value the money.
