The location was great, The staff was very friendly and helpful. great atmosphere.
The quality of Wifi wasnt too fast and the location of the bathroom was not comfortable to proceed.

Everything is clean, the facilities are surprisingly quiet; the breakfast is good. Thank you.
What coud be better - the airplanes fly too close to the ground :))), which awakens you every time - but what can you do with it?)); and also it would be great if every room in the hotel had its own separate bathroom. Thank you.

Very pleasant and helpful staff,the reception girls are lovely.Clean and good sized room. Nice place,and away from the busy centre.
Occasionally a lack of hot water some mornings.

We stayed only for few hours before we had to leave for the airport, and we arrived quite late in the evening. Staff was very understanding and even offered help. Apparently there is a 24 hour reception. The room was OK, not super-new, but had enough space and all you can expect from a hotel in this price-range. We didn't eat breakfast as we left at around 3 am. Very convenient near the Zhuliany airport (only around 10-15 minutes drive).
The room was in the third floor and we had to carry everything as there is no elevator. But it was manageable.
