Restaurant offers good selection and competitive prices. Comfortable rooms. Great staff. Parking space on the property in city center. Flexibility of changes in booking. Rather safe location on a hill slope.

Partially friendly staff. There was the event these days and kitchen did not work. Administrator said to call to the restaurant to check if they work but they did not even answer the call. After all I went to them directly and asked if they will work after 8 pm to get the dinner, staff at the restaurant and kitchen said “no” and was not friendly at all. No customer service. From other side cleaning lady was very friendly and cared about updating towels and other miscellaneous.

Breakfast was on order but very good and included in the price. Location was up the hill so a bit exercise if you want to walk to town. Don't take the regular rooms which are almost in a basement but the "superior" rooms upstairs are great. The building is not high and surrounded by higher buildings so very safe in the current circumstances

Very clean, very responsive staff, room service includes serving meals to the room. Really tasty food in the restaurant. Big mall in 0.5 km from the hotel.
No fridge in the room.

The rooms are quite ok. The staff is super helpful and are easy to communicate with. The breakfast is always plenty and tasty. The staff is always willing to help you get a room in lower floors (necessary in times of war). The location is also great - close to everything in town!
The only problem for me are the carpets in the rooms, which are a bit old and can hide insects and lead to bad allergy for those who have dust allergy, like me.

The room was great, and the staff was super-friendly. We came early to leave our luggage, and it wasn't a problem at all.
The room was on the first floor,and everyone who used the stairs could take a peak in our windows, so it's better to ask for higher floors.
