Cozy and "quiet" place. Good stuff. Excellent breakfast.
I have had the worst night since 24.02. At 1am I heard an airstrike alarm and went to sleep totally ignoring it. At 3 am I am hearing that speakers all over the hotel yell: BUILDING IS ON FIRE!!! KEEP CALM AND RUSH TO THE BASEMENT. I am literally saying goodbye to my good life, but in case I've made a call to the reception where he said: DON'T WORRY, ITS FALSE ALARM. And it still continues to yell for 20 good minutes. Another airstrike alarm went at 4 am and it was over for my quiet night in a quiet hotel.

Super clean, great breakfast and extremely friendly staff- what else could you wish for?
The location is good if you want to be off the beaten track but lacks shops that are close and the area is a tad industrial.

location not so far from Center
“superior room” the lights in room 3 small led lights-very dark room, the street around hotel is looking bad, in the room was smell bad especially at toilet, one day was no hot water (at winter), when was strong wind outside from the window was whistling (woke me up at night), bad was not comfortable at all, balcony was closed so to smoke they have very strange place outside hotel with branch faced to hotel wall (looks funny)
