The location of the apartment is excellent. The staffs very friendly and customer originated. They provides fantastic service. And it just 300 meters from Maiden square.
I applied for an apartment. I would call it a room. I was expecting an apartment with a kitchen as I usual rent when I come to Ukraine. So I couldn't cook my own food. There isn't a small dinning table. To eat it was either standing or sitting in the bed. There is 1 office chair and together with my girlfriend it wasn't possible. So i wouldn't call this an apartment. Secondly the bed is very bad. Noisy and too soft like the mattress is finished. Also when coming into the building from the street it dark in the corridor until the apartment door to have some light. And there are 25 stairs steps to get to the first level where my apartment is located. There is a lift but it doesn't stop where my apartment is. It was hard because I injured my right knee. So it was hard not to have the lift.

Fair value for money: central location
I didn’t notice at the beginning that address you receive - is the place where you will be given with keys.
Then, it takes you 15-20 minutes to go by foot to the real address. This fact broke my plans and schedule as well as these 15 minutes of trying to reach the place with a small baby in my hands and luggage was a nightmare. It wouldn’t be that harmful i read about it and planned accordingly.
I wish they state about this untypical point way prominently than they do today

The mattress must be changed. I woke up with a very sore back. It was more like sleeping in a hammock there was no support.

The lift wasn't working at the second evening of my staying and i was forced to go up 10 floors by foot.
The reception is about 10 minutes walking from the building in which the apartment is.
