Nice staff. Clean room and great location.
I had to pick up keys at the office which is at a different address. Not so far from the apartment but it would be nice to have someone to meet us with keys or at least have an office at the building.
It wasn't crucial though, just a comment.

The location is central and within walking distance of the main places, Metro station, shopping centres, and supermarkets. Welcome and supportive staff at the reception. Ability to store luggage before and after check in/out
It is a Really noisy traffic area. The light from the street goes through the windows with blinds, a heavy curtain will help better. There were no cups to have tea, just a glass, the kettle needed repair, a shelf in the bathroom will comfort to keep my toiletry

Location of the property is perfect - lots of restaurants and shops, Khreshchatyk is nearby
Bed is comfortable
I chose this apartment because of the shower, but shower was really bad: water pressure was quite low and temperature was just warm enough not to get cold (even though water temperature in sink was hot). Also shower head should be replaced.
It would be good for them to provide some information on nearby shelters (as I woke up in the middle of the night because of russian rockets bombing the city and didn’t know where to go)
