The room is great, bathrobes are so rate to be included in the hotels with higher price, so this is a special thanks! Rich and delicious breakfast, polite staff. Very classy ukrainian design. I love it and definitely will come back.
The was only one toilet paper, I would recommend to leave 2 or 3, so there is no need to call to the receptionist to ask for more.

Electricity 24/7, power internet, super breakfasts, friendly staff, especially the staff from the restaurant, delicious meals cooked by the kitchen chef of the hotel, near center, very quaiet, confortable, clean, atomic bunker, private parking. Everything you want from a hotel.

The hotel is very good and we often stay here. The Arsenalna metro is 5 minutes walk and the view from the hotel is amazing.
It is not easy to reach the hotel by foot from the city center due to some restrictions so the best and fastest way to get there (and from there) is by taxi or the metro.

We stay in this hotel every time we visit Kyiv. It is all we are looking for. Great value, friendly and professional staff, rooms are clean and coasy and the location is perfect. Also, it is important to mention that the hotel has a shelter and electricity at all times.
It is not easy to walk to the hotel from the city center due to security measures, but this can we overcome by using the metro. Arsenalna station is just few minutes walk and it takes you anywhere within minutes.

I did like everything! The girl who checked me in was accommodating! I came to Kyiv a little earlier than expected, but she was highly professional and allowed me to check in earlier. Top-class service from an extremely beautiful woman! Rooms are very clean and big. First visit to Kyiv, definitely not last, enjoyed every single minute and hotel Natsionalny was a big part of it!
War... But it isn't up for fantastic people to stop it, sadly.

The room was spacious and clean, so was the entire hotel. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very useful and friendly.
