Don't trust your reservation agreement. They denied my booking existed after I arrived even though there were photos and description and price. They literally tried to "change my reservation" and offered me the same room at a much higher price.

Room was nice, clean. There was a spacious couch, and plenty of free room to roam. Bathroom was big, enough to fit a clothes dryer, as one was provided on request. Bathtub felt clean to be filled and used as one, which I usually never do. Kitchenette was shared, but neat. Smart TV, battery powered Wifi and lighting. Windows provided good noise and light protection. Staff was excellent. Always available when needed - supportive during emergencies, well prepared. Coffee shop downstairs was excellent. Small mall, shops, pharmacy, restaurant nearby and the subway (metro) station very close. The neighbourhood was nice to take a walk - tidy and well maintained. People were nice and polite.

I loveed to watch netflex and prime video. The owner lent me an umbrella when its raining and give me directuon to the subway....So impressive.. He looks mafia with a warmheart...lol.

I always like it here. Kind staff, few mins to metro to center, authentic, supermarkets etc everywhere.

The room is comfortable and super clean. The staff are all good and friendly. The hotel is close to the tube station Osokorky and there are many cafe and shops around.
All is amazing just one thing the hotel itself is located on the 7th floor of a residential block building and it is a bit difficult to find especially for the first time as there is no hotel sign either on the building or near the entrance

The staff there, it's was a lady, is welcoming and smiling, not gloomy as I saw that in other hotels &: apartments unfortunately , I do like it when I find myself with friendly & kind people, for me it's a good omen! It was midnight & we contacted the lady working that night, she helped us to get easily to the apartment, we found her waiting for me despite it was so late, so we checked in over midnight.... I salute the lady.
I do like everything, starting by the staff, the room was spotless, the bed ?️ comfortable... The atmosphere there was perfect ? & calm.
