10 minutes walking distance to the metro, there is a market 50 meters away from the facility There is almost everything you need to cook (no chopper, no oven mitts) The owner is always available on the phone The house which is I stayed on the first floor was really small but the design was nice and adequate The facility was clean and tidy when I checked in There is centeal heating and an electrically operated heating panel, these are quite enough
I didn't understand because the washing machine was in Polish and I asked the owner for help. My clothes, which I washed in the washing machine in accordance with the instructions of the owner, were not washed well (Im pretty sure that I added enough washing powder and liquid)and also there is a drying program in the washing machine. The price is expensive compared to the facilities in the center It says on booking.com that the facility will be cleaned by professional cleaning companies, but no one came for clean during the 10-day period The window of the house on the first floor looks at an unfinished building

There are a lot of good points to mention : 1. Friendly host who answers to all your questions and helps with any issue that may arise. 2. The price/value rate. The studio apartment is well organized and has several little things for a comfortable stay : kitchen tools, kettle, microwave, cups, plates, knife, 2 frying pans, home rubber shoes, 2 little towels, 2 bigger towels, iron etc. 3. It was warm. Despite the ground cold floor and the low outside temperatures during this week (when the heating systems are already off season here), the apartment had a heating panel. 4. It was quiet. No loud neighbors or any other noise. Peaceful rest
It was a first floor and right in front of your window there is an old unfinished construction. You can't see much from your window. I barely opened the curtains.

The staff was polite and operative. Everything was clean and good looking.
The rooms were too little. Price was too high for this value (probably because of great football match in Kyiv)
