The cleanliness was quite good and the room was okay for the money paid.
The staff didnt speak english. Also a friend of mine booked room at the same hotel, but they gave his room to another person without informing.

Wifi! WiFi with good speed is available. Very clean apartment .I had a 3/4 bed which was very nice. The apartment was cleaned daily. There was hot water in the shower, washing machine and full kitchen appliances available .
Staff did not speak any English. It can be quite difficult to communicate via Google translate.

Reception was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and nice. The view from the balcony (top floor in a 26 floor building) was great for those who like a view of the city. It was convenient that there were small refrigerators in the room. It was also nice that there was a hostel-style common kitchen area where you could use the plates and utensils and a coffee maker (paid) if you wanted.
The shower stalls were not very large and the door was broken and replaced by a plastic shower curtain. The mattress was okay but not great (a couple spots you could feel the springs in). The chairs in the room were not the most comfortable and felt like they were pretty worn, but good enough.
