It's close to the metro and bus station.
During taking a shower some water spills into the bathroom floor due to a short curtain and a low curb making the shower.

Clean, not long ago refurbished room. Friendly staff. Good location near major road connection and metro station.
Very noisy at night from the nearly broken fridge and some kind of water pipe in the wall behind the bed. Hotel was difficult to find, calling the proprietor is required as there are no signs.

Very nice and clean room and shower, comfy bed. The room itself quite big with a balcony. Close to the metro stop.
Only cash accepted and I don't think this was mentioned before booking. Check in lady spoke only Russian.

The room was spacious and nice, everything was clean and new. A comfortable bed. Just 2 min walk to the metro direct line to the Independence square. The staff was nice and friendly.
The so-called hotel is basically one floor of the block with several rooms; no real reception available, no sign outside to indicate the place. You have to contact the owner to find it - otherwise, it is almost impossible. The payment is possible in cash only. If you arrive late in the evening there is no chance to get some water no shop available after 10 pm, no water in the fridge, etc. That was a real problem I had to call uber eats to bring me a bottle of water to the hotel ))
