The apartment is nicely styled and beautiful. Receptionist was very kind. We enjoyed our stay.
The main feature of the apartment is the bathtub, but the boiler is not big enough to fulfil it with hot water

The staff is amazing. The attention to detail is stunning. The design of both the room and the whole hotel is very pleasant and make the experience quite unique. On top of that, the location is ideal if you want to experience the 'old city' district.
There's nothing we didn't like. Two things that could be useful to know for future travellers, though.
As you probably already read elsewhere, prices in the hotel (breakfast, minibar, cocktails) are slightly higher than the average Kyiv prices. This is absolutely not a problem because the place is literally surrounded by cafes, bars and places where you can eat. So it's totally your choice. We didn't test their products so we can't judge the quality, but judging from the care in everything else I am sure they're amazing.
One last important note: there is no lift. If you're not bothered (like us), then book the "Art room" on the top floor, which is a small jewel for couples. But if that's important to you, then you probably want to ask for rooms on lower floors.

It was my first stay in this hotel and I absolutely loved it! My partner and I were feeling so great in this small boutique hotel and there is absolutely nothing we could complain about. The room was extremely lovely having an amazing charm (and very clean as well). There were 3 options of breakfast to choose from and the food was really yummy! Special and huge Thank You goes to Arthur (receptionist) and the whole hotel team, who helped us so well in organising a taxi to/from hotel and gave us valuable tips for exploring Kyiv. Also would like to mention the location of the hotel, which just can't be better: in the past I stayed in different parts of Kyiv, however spending a few nights next to Andrejevskij Uzviz with a number of great restaurants is really a special experience (you also have to try "Ohota na Ovets" Asian Restaurant, which is just next to the hotel as well as "Kanapa" for modern and authentic Ukrainian food).
Certainly not the last time we spent in this hotel - EXTREMELLY recommended!
