Stuff is very friendly and helpful
The absence of the elevator. I had a huge suitcase that I needed to carry by stairs. Manager helped me a little bit but still it is super uncomfortable for heavy luggage

Great Location just a very short walk from Andriyivskyy Descent, we got an upgrade and our room was pretty huge. the beds were confortable, water in the shower was warm, staff was kind
In the beginning we were a bit surprised as we couldn't find anyone at the recpetion, so we had to wait around 10 minutes until somebody showed up. but it was no a major issue.

Location was good, close to nearby sights and only 10 mins walk from Golden gate etc... Price point was good. Small library. Staff friendly.

The lady administrator is a joy. Charming, polite and eager to help.
Everything from the renovation of the walls and floors to the furniture is of the absolute lowest quality. The beds and mattresses are beneath IKEA quality. For a guest house this is both uncomfortable and a false economy.
