The place is very nice , good internet speed and location in the city center, It was extremely good price for the value you get , the owner was super helpful and supportive ,I would have given a rate of 10 rather than 9 but street noise was a little bit annoying, but since you are in the middle of the city I can't complain much.

Outstanding hosts. I've been contacted in less than 5 minutes after the booking process. I've been informed about the exact location and the procedure of taking over the keys. Even I was coming almost an hour late due to traffic conditions, Alexey, the host, was waiting for me patiently in the agreed location, and with a real mathematic precision he presented me the apartment, and the ways in an out of the location. The blockhouse is modern, well maintained, located conveniently close to shopping supermarkets and coffee shops. The apartment is very clean and during my stay, the apartment was cleaned once again. I have only positive comments about the hosts and the apartment. Highly recommend the place.

Wonderful
Good sized modern flat. Key handover was simple and building easy to find. Owner made himself available throughout our stay. Building is very secure and clean. There are two lifts in the building. Photos reflect reality. The flat was spotlessly clean. No noisy neighbours. Nice warm flat to come back to in winter and there was an a/c unit so should be nice and cool in summer. Hot shower with enough water for two of us. Helpful having a washer and a dryer. Supermarket downstairs and a bakery with delicious French-style breads. Restaurants and cafes closeby.
Location is good with easy access to the main thoroughfares but if you are headed to the old town, it is a 30-40 minute walk (taxis/Uber are very cheap though if you don't want to walk). TV reception on certain channels especially music was poor at times.
