very warm inviting staff, big room, and wow an amazing pool in Kyiv hotel. The decor is absolutely unique and the breakfast delivery in morning very nice. I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend
I would just add some Street signage, the hotel sign is hardly visible from road

Pool, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, pool you could book for yourself. Breakfast was delivered to your room every morning on time, saved me using an alarm clock
Bed was a little low for this old man with a bad back but no dramas for anyone else.

Inside the hotel is very warm and comfortable.
The only small fault I found in the room was with the bed clothes. They are simply too thin and small for double occupancy.

it is a nice hotel with a distinct knight theme. the rules for when you can use the swimming pool look complicated on bookingcom, but actually you just need to work the timing out with the friendly staff.
the room was very warm and the radiator valve was broken so i could not turn the temperature down. the suggested solution for that problem seems to be to just keep a window open. Feels weird and wasteful, but i have seen that "fix" in many places in the city.

Location is great for walking about exploring Kyiv. Close to supermarket and take aways. The room was huge and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice too!
The bed was quite uncomfortable for me but its only personal preference. Onlyy 1 TV channel worked in English but didnt bother us.

swimming pool, sauna location, I have stayed here a couple of times now, its good value for the facilities, take your swimming stuff you can swim free in the indoor pool.
