Great location, room has everything you may need: slippers, robe, iron and towel dryer in bathroom.
Soundproofing through the door was poor, but overall it was quiet, you could only hear when someone in the hall.

We stayed in 2 different standard rooms within a short period of time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The place is located in the center city. The rooms are in the semi-basement, therefore it is quiet and feels very safe even now.
Warm water in the shower is enough just for one person. Then, you have to wait a bit (not along time but can be annoying if you're in a rush).

It's wartime Kyiv, so the basement room was a plus. It had many amenities, including a kettle, fridge, and huge bathtub. The price was really, really good. They also allowed generous check-in and check-out times. The location is really good. We had a car, so the free parking spot was a plus. It's close enough to the main road that it's easy-in, easy-out. The location is close to a metro stop and a short walk to the very center of the city. For the price, the location and facilities were top-notch.
If I had to complain about something (and this is not a real complaint): the elevator is a tad small.

I liked the cleanliness and relative quiet. The staff is very nice. Zhanna and Olga are outstanding. They are friendly, courteous and ready to dispense information about Kyiv.
The property met my expectations in all areas so I have no negative criticism

The bed is comfy, room is tall and spacious enough.
Surprisingly nice.
I couldn't see a sign with "Incognito" Hotel.
Maybe you've rebranded to "Senator" and would be better to rename your booking as well.
