The view from the suite was quite good. It is not our first time staying at Ibis, and each time the view was really good. The service was quite good -- the staff is always nice, helpful and understanding. The suites are always clean, and they clean them quite fast when you do ask for cleaning. Some hiccups happen here and there (for some reason, they took a pair of towels from the suite? Even if it was for two people and we noted that there were two people staying?), but overall it is quite good.
The room size for the price they request is quite small. We were booking a bit late (2-3 days before the trip, and not the usual week-two in advance), so it is understandable, but still. Not having a simple kettle is also quite weird -- not only you cannot heat up the food (there is no microwave), but you cannot make yourself a simple tea if you are not staying at a "higher quality suite". Your only choice is to eat out somewhere else, which is not always an option. There is also no bin and no toiletries in the suite, even at the higher quality ones -- you have to wash your hands with the body wash.

I am an avid world traveler,and when I am in Europe, I almost always stay at Ibis Hotels. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay this time. The location was perfect! The room was very spacious. It was very, very clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly, polite, and extremely professional. The breakfast was okay. Julia at the reception was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
I really didn't like the fact that I had to go to a different floor with my clothes in my hands just to use an iron and ironing board. That needs to change. Guests should be provided with an iron in their room when they request one.

The breakfast was nice, but there were not many options as usual.
The room could be better - overall comfort and cleanliness. I have booked the room month ahead, but they didn’t prepared the room for two properly (only one glass in the bathroom, only one set of towels), it was small, and not comfortable for two.

Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. We had a very important appointment the next morning and the hotel was only a 10 minute drive by car.
Only take away is off street parking. They have just a few spots behind the hotel so if you come in late you will have to park elsewhere.
