Very nice service, I recommend the breakfasts that are available at the hotel. The hotel is of a high standard, only one minus is the very noisy air conditioning. The rooms are large and spacious, which was very important to us because we were traveling with children.

The price is good and the facilities are good. I have been using this hotel for more than 10 years.
There is nothing particularly disappointing. The supplies are sufficient, and it is spacious and quiet. The bus service is also not bad.

Wonderful
Hotel was with 5 buildings for guests, a casino and other buildings for hotel hotel facilities and staffs. There's motor bicycle and car repair companies in the premises that's very convenient for drivers. It took 25 minutes walk from the metro station or you could take bus. Hotel was just behind a petrol/LPG station that had convenient store which you might need in late night. Large supermarket and Epicentre mega market had everything you need aside from food.
A bit far from metro station but everything was just around 17 minutes walk. There's a little problems with the room that might lack of regular maintenance.

I like the natural surroundings, the forest, and the smell of the trees. I also appreciate the size of the rooms and the beds. Overall, the hotel looks good.
I think it's unfair not to notify guests that the air conditioner isn't working, especially when it's over 40 degrees outside and 31 degrees inside the room before they check in and pay. There's no connection between the non-working conditioner and electricity because it wasn't functioning even when the power was on. The night was unbearable; we're on the 7th floor and had to keep all the windows open, waking up ten times because of mosquitoes. There are no window screens, despite the nearby forest. Another issue, which I think is a cultural thing, happened when I asked the receptionist if they could arrange an early morning taxi for my train. I know it can be challenging to get a taxi sometimes, so I expected some understanding. Instead, she looked at me as if I were asking for money from her own pocket, showing clear irritation, and simply said I could call 838 to arrange it myself. Really? Thanks for that. Not everyone was like that, though; the two ladies who clean the rooms were very friendly and kind people.
