I had to wait 20 minutes to pay for the mini bar. The staff are all bosses, it is difficult to find an employee.

Staff were really friendly,helpful and made you feel very welcome. Food from the in house restaurants as really good. I will definitely stay here again.
Would of preferred the TV was in the lounge of the suit instead of the bedroom and the fridge was hidden away instead of just sat on the floor by the sofa.
